I am the One I am waiting for.

A journey begins with the FIRST step. I Am the FIRST person - can't have We without Me.

We never do anything without Me. If I am not doing it, we aren't. I am the one to get the ball rolling.

ME + YOU = WE.

I am the One I am waiting for.

Project 21 Black Conservatives statement on University of Missouri Resignation: "The purveyors of Political Correctness have won again. It's a shallow victory..."

Project 21 Members Issue Statements in Response to Resignation of University of Missouri President Tim Wolfer

Project 21's Stacy Washington and Horace Cooper have issued statements addressing the resignation of University of Missouri President Tim Wolfe today in light of student and faculty protests over racial issues on the campus.

Said Stacy Washington, a Project 21 member and talk show host on 97.1 FM News Talk KFTK in St. Louis, Missouri:
The purveyors of Political Correctness have won again. It's a shallow victory for so called "striking" college football players to achieve the resignation of the Chancellor of Missouri State University. It's clear that this move was partially motivated by the potential loss of over a million dollars if the next football game with Brigham Young University was cancelled.

What is the next move? What else do these students, many of whom are at Mizzou on scholarships, actually want from the university? And will football players return to the game at this point? I noticed the AstroTurf nature of the protests with the expensive tents (who is funding those?) and the divisive rhetoric employed by the protesters.

The resignation is not an appropriate answer to two isolated racially motivated incidents. If the school is "unhealthy and unsafe" for black students, why don't they enroll in an HBCU and end the oppression? Because this isn't about those two incidents. The protesters mentioned Michael Brown. Now we know what they want.
Project 21 Co-Chairman Horace Cooper added:
Score a victory for the racial totalitarians. Succeeding in ousting the President of the University over such undefined and unrelated racial injustices sets a dangerous precedent and is a tactic more appropriate for 20th century Marxists than the 21st century academy.

This entire episode is troubling. From the fact that the athletics department leaders and faculty encouraged this anti-intellectual behavior to the fact that it mostly stems from the Michael Brown "Hands up Don't Shoot" fraud.

Tribute to The King Of All Kings, H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie I, Jah, RasTafari!

~ While Queen Elizabeth was celebrating her golden jubilee and in Africa, colonial powers were carving up the continent among themselves, on July 23, in a thatched hut in the province of Harar, Ethiopia, a Child was born of royal blood, christened Tafari Makonnen, descendant of King Solomon and Queen of Sheba.

Lij Tafari Makonnen grew up in Ethiopia, a country that thrived for 16 centuries surrounded by a sea of Islam nations, a pillar of Christianity, long before western civilization. In the 12th century King Lalibela carved out the rock churches as a tribute to the Christ and in recognition of Ethiopia being the "New Jerusalem", in what was the capital of Ethiopia for 100 years, Lalibela.
HIM was to come there 800 years later to pray during the Italian invasion of 1936.

His Majesty was the son of Lady Yeshimabet and Ras Makonnen, the cousin and trusted General of then Emperor Menelik II. Lij Tafari was groomed for the Throne along side his cousin Lij Yasu who was eventually named heir to the throne by a ailing Menelik in a rare moment of consciousness during the latter stage of his life. However, after the deaths of Emperor Menelik II, Lij Yasu fell out of grace with the Ethiopia Orthodox Church and the State "Crown Council", which had become inseparable over the years of continued struggle with Islam. Lij Yasu had declared himself Muslin and married a daughter of a well known enemy of the church and Crown. Additionally he was reported to be roaming around the country side, getting drunk and consorting with various women, actions that was not befitting a Christian King to be. As a result the Crown Council summoned then Ras Tafari to the capital, Crowned Ras Menelik's daughter, Zawditu, Empress, swore in His Majesty as plenipotentiary to the Royal Throne, and gave Him instructions to arrest and bring in Lij Yasu. After accomplishing this mission, His Majesty had to crush a number of attempts to seize control of the Throne, most notably that of the father of Lij Yasu, Ras Mikael of Wollo Province and national hero of the "Battle of Adowa". After the untimely death of Empress Zawditu who was quite sickly, Ras Tafari, was finally declared the next Emperor of Ethiopia. On November 2, 1930, Ras Tafari was Crowned King of Kings, Lords of Lords, Conquering Lion of. The Tribe of Judah, Elect of God, Light of the World and Prince of Peace.

Ethiopia was never colonized, thanks to HIM, who after abolishing slavery in Ethiopia and granting Ethiopia it's first Constitution, enrolled Ethiopia as the first African nation to be granted membership into the League of Nations. When, in 1936, Italy attacked Ethiopia, even though the League betrayed Ethiopia, eventually the ties to the League and the diplomatic ties His Majesty had developed with England, led to military support from mostly English troops led by Colonel Wingate. On May 5th, 1941, HIM Marched back into Addis Ababa to reclaim the Throne of David and continued his mission to modernize and educate Ethiopia, while uniting Africa.

HIM was regarded as the Father of the Africa Nations. The most prominent leaders of these nations paid tribute to HIM for what he had achieved, including Kwame Nkrumah, Jomo Kenyatta, Julius Nyerere, Kenneth Kaunda and Nelson Mandela.
He took personal interest and roles in promoting peace between African neighbors and ET Airlines played a crucial role in getting HIM to flash points, where He would utilize His diplomatic skills to achieve dramatic results. An excellent example was when, in 1965, Morroco and Algeria were on the brink of war, HIM went to the frontline on an ET Air 720B, and was able to broker peace between the two nations. This approach was what eventually brought Africa together. He spoke with and convinced leaders of different Africa nations and ultimately at the first summit of all the Africa nations in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 1963, the Organization of Africa Unity was established.

HIM was probably the first African Leader to be treated as an equal by white leaders of the most powerful nations in the world, and sadly the first to sell HIM out, in the name of appeasement . Still He took everything the 20th century could throw at HIM and rode out in shrewd triumph. He won the respect of the world and there is no one whose time in the world has spanned so much, He is practically the incarnation of the history of our time.

It has been prophesied that before 2,000 years is past, Christ shall return to sit upon the Throne of David. 2,000 years had not yet come to pass when HIM was Crowned Emperor of Ethiopia and sat upon the Throne of David.

It has also been referenced in secular history about them, that  Baruch, the Prophet Jeremiah, and others of their party, including the king's daughters who were not killed with the king's sons, travelled to a distant land where the physical throne of David was transplanted -  awaiting  the arrival of its ultimate Heir, Christ, in His Kingly Character; H.I.M. Emperor Haile Selassie I

Acts 2:29-30
[29] Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. [30] Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
[47] ...........And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Where is the only Throne of David on the face of the earth located? ETHIOPIA. There is no other, and there is no other country on creation that makes such a claim, or can credibly make such a claim.

It is also written in the Holy scriptures that  where ever the Ark of the Covenant is located it shall be known as the "New Jerusalem" or "Zion"
Where is the "Ark of the Covenant"? In ETHIOPIA. There is no other country on creation that makes such a claim or can credibly make such a claim.

All Glory Honor and Izes to InI God and King, Christ in His Kingly Character, HIM, Emperor Haile Selassie I, Jah, RasTafari!
With no apology

One Perfect Love
RasTafari

Putin 2, US/NATO 0

From The Ramparts~ by Junious Ricardo Stanton ~
                         Putin 2, Obama/ NATO 0
"In a bid to strengthen the Russian air campaign, another Syrian ally -- China -- is now planning to deploy Shenyang J-15, a carrier-based fighter aircraft, in Syria.
Several reports have stated that Beijing has agreed to join the Russian air campaign. The development has come mere days after Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told a UN Security Council meeting that the world can no longer afford to stand by and look on with folded arms but must also not 'arbitrarily interfere' in the Syrian crisis." http://www.ibtimes.co.in/russia-syria-chinese-j-15-fighter-jets-joi...

Shorty after addressing the United Nations General Assembly Russian President Vladimir Putin asked for and received a vote by the Russian Parliament to begin operations to oust fanatical jihadists in Syria most of whom were trained, armed, funded and supported by the US and its allies. The US and NATO's aim is to toppled the Bashar al-Assad regime. Putin and his allies Iran, Iraq, Hezbollah and soon China have drawn a line in the sand and indicated they will no longer stand idly by and allow the West and its Wahhabi fanatic surrogates to wreck havoc in Syria.
Unlike the US and their jihadist pawns and patsies who have been trying to destabilize and oust Al-Assad for going on five years, the Syrian government formally asked Putin for help. Syria is a trading partner and ally of Russia and Putin has been supplying support to al-Assad in the form of tactical intelligence which has helped Assad's forces thwart the efforts of the US and its allies to implement regime change in Syria like they did in Libya, Iraq, Ukraine and Yemen.
In its arrogance hypocrisy and hubris the US tried to create a No Fly Zone in Syria like they did in Libya. But Putin stepped in and undermined the Americans' reason to take Assad out for supposedly gassing his citizens. Where have we heard claims like that before? Remember Saddam Hussein and WMDs?  Putin stepped in and convinced the Assad government to destroy all of its poison gas. Assad agreed thereby averting what the US and its NATO thug allies did to Iraq and Libya. But that did not stop the Western imperialists
It turned out the jihadist fanatics in the employ of the US and its Western allies were the ones who used the poison gas on Syrian civilians but in the meantime Putin was able to temporarily derail the West's crime rampage in the region. Undeterred Obama increased US aid and support to his jihadist puppets just like the US did to Osama bin-Laden in the 1980's. The US found itself giving money and support to al-Qaida and with a straight face called them "moderate rebels". Meanwhile ISIS, ISIL and a bunch of other stooges were wrecking havoc in Syria, Iraq and parts of Turkey. The goal is to destabilize the whole region so the US and its regional allies Israel and the feckless Gulf States like: Saudi Arabia, Qatar and  the United Arab Emirates would hold sway as vassals of the West and Israelis.
But Putin intervened and prevented the West from making Syria a No Fly Zone. Score one for Putin and give Obama and the Axis of Evil zero. Now that Putin has sent ships into the Mediterranean Sea, set up a forward airbase in Syria and  started bombing the crap out of ISIS, ISIL and the other jihadists; the US is having conniptions. The corporate mind control apparatus right on cue has ratcheted its demonization of Putin, obfuscating the facts on the ground even showing bogus footage of civilian deaths and damage , pictures that were taken hours before Russian planes ever took off on their missions.
Meanwhile the US has to scramble to explain and spin the fact US and NATO airstrikes hit a hospital in Kunduz Afghanistan killing and wounding innocent civilians, which is a bona fide war crime!  Obama complaining about Russian attacks on his jihadist stooges while killing innocent sick and wounded people in Afghanistan is like the kettle calling the pot black.
Putin has sent advisors, troops planes, ships and tactical support to Syria. He is waging war from the air while Iranian, Syrian, Iraqi and Hezbollah troops on the ground do the mop up work to roust, kill or capture ISIS, ISIL and the other jihadist fanatics. Putin just dispatched his elite Special Ops troops to Syria. Remember how Obama and his lapdogs took it upon themselves to supposedly go after  ISIS? Well Putin has accomplished more in less than a week then the US and its allies have been able to do in years! And now China is entering the fight on the side of  Assad and Syria. Chalk another one up for Putin, put down another slap at the US Axis of Evil.
Putin is not a poseur or pretender. He is a legitimate leader who is tired of US belligerence and bullying. His actions in Syria, his restraint in Ukraine and his attempts to form a real coalition to go after terrorists are a stark contrast to the US jingoism and hypocrisy. Putin told the world when he addressed the United Nations General Assembly last month there has to be openness and cooperation rather than coercion. "In fact, the Islamic State itself did not come out of nowhere. It was initially developed as a weapon against undesirable secular regimes. Having established control over parts of Syria and Iraq, Islamic State now aggressively expands into other regions. It seeks dominance in the Muslim world and beyond. Their plans go further. The situation is extremely dangerous. In these circumstances, it is hypocritical and irresponsible to make declarations about the threat of terrorism and at the same time turn a blind eye to the channels used to finance and support terrorists, including revenues from drug trafficking, the illegal oil trade and the arms trade. It is equally irresponsible to manipulate extremist groups and use them to achieve your political goals, hoping that later you’ll find a way to get rid of them or somehow eliminate them.
I’d like to tell those who engage in this: Gentlemen, the people you are dealing with are cruel but they are not dumb. They are as smart as you are. So, it’s a big question: who’s playing who here? The recent incident where the most “moderate” opposition group handed over their weapons to terrorists is a vivid example of that. We consider that any attempts to flirt with terrorists, let alone arm them, are short-sighted and extremely dangerous. This may make the global terrorist threat much worse, spreading it to new regions around the globe, especially since there are fighters from many different countries, including European ones, gaining combat experience with Islamic State. Unfortunately, Russia is no exception. Now that those thugs have tasted blood, we can’t allow them to return home and continue with their criminal activities. Nobody wants that, right?
Russia has consistently opposed terrorism in all its forms. Today, we provide military-technical assistance to Iraq, Syria and other regional countries fighting terrorist groups. We think it’s a big mistake to refuse to cooperate with the Syrian authorities and government forces who valiantly fight terrorists on the ground. We should finally admit that President Assad’s government forces and the Kurdish militia are the only forces really fighting terrorists in Syria. Yes, we are aware of all the problems and conflicts in the region, but we definitely have to consider the actual situation on the ground."  Go to http://thesaker.is/un-70th-general-assembly-live-vladimir-putin-spe...; to read the full text of Putin's UN speech. Putin told it like it was for the whole world to see.
Things are looking up for Assad but the banksters and warmongers in New York Washington London, Tel Aviv and Riyadh are not liking these developments one bit. But there is little they can do about it because the Syrian government invited Putin to come in and help his beleaguered  forces maintain order. Keep in mind al-Assad was overwhelmingly reelected in 2014 by his people even in the midst of a US backed attempt to oust him!
Obama and his handlers talk about Assad violating the human rights of his people?! How can Obama say anything to anyone about human rights violations, he is the mad bomber using drones and missiles to kill innocent civilians in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria?!  What about Obama reigning over the largest gulag system in the world? What about the indigenous North American people the US government still keeps locked up in concentration camps they call "reservations"? What about Ferguson, what about the systemic racism that is endemic within US culture?
Don't depend on the corporate mind control apparatus for your news about the world, seek other sources. Don't believe the hype about Putin. While he is no saint he's not the Hitler the Western press is painting him out to be. Remember  the top US industrialists and bankers financed and backed Adolf Hitler and his fascist regime in Germany! The Russian people made major sacrifices during WWII and were the real reason the allies won the war.  The US press is dogging Putin just like they dogged Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr and anyone else who decides he or she is no longer going to go along with the 1%'s  and their flunkies' okey-doke.
So if you're keeping score on Syrian situation it's Putin, sovereignty and peace 2, Obama destabilization and the warmongers 0.

Reflections on the white Terrorist Military Operation in Charleston, South Carolina

Open Letter to My Sisters and Brothers on the Aftermath of the Slaughter of Nine Members of the African American National Community in Mother Emanuel Church in Charleston, South Carolina

I feel our pain because of the slaughter of our nine sisters and brothers by a white terrorist who carried out a failed military mission in an attempt to spark the start of a genocidal war against the African American population.
Yet in his failure and because of the results of his actions nine human beings went from active members of our community to spirits that will be seared into our memories because of this white terrorist act.
This recent massacre by a white terrorist in Charleston, South Carolina will go down in infamy with so many other crimes which has shaped the collective historical mosaic of this nation-state known as the United States of America.
We must come to realize that such massacres have occurred periodically throughout the history of this empire. This is not an aberration it is an integral part of white pseudo-supremacist United States culture. Blood sacrifice momentarily quenches the thirst of the beast yet that same beast is never ever satisfied. The need for “racial” hierarchicalism and hegemony begs for violence and intimidation to keep the people in check and reaffirm their place in an exploitative and oppressive society.
This is one of many crimes against humanity that have been inflicted upon us since Europeans invaded the shores of what is now called the Americas, slaughtered the indigenous peoples, stole their lands and kidnapped millions of Africans to create the extraordinary reserve of wealth of the United States economic elite.
In respect to our journey we should never forget how our ancestors were snatched, kidnapped, enslaved, mutilated, whipped, beaten, genitalia cut off or cut out, sexually abused, raped, sodomized, burned up, dismembered, skinned alive, lynched, stabbed, worked to death, muscles torn from bone, boiled, buried alive, tarred and feathered, drowned, crushed, hacked to death, electrocuted, smothered, hanged, blown up, thrown out of aircraft, jailed, held in solitary confinement, unjustly incarcerated, framed, torn apart, thrown off cliffs, bombed from the air, machine-gunned to death, shot, dragged to death, urinated on, defecated on, displayed in zoos, used in so-called “scientific” experiments, defiled, humiliated, negatively stereotyped and denied, oh so denied but yet we rise.
The malevolence inflicted against African Americans because of white pseudo-supremacist culture of these Americas is a bloodletting that runs like a bright shimmering red thread throughout the tapestry of ourstory to this very day. Our people are still being slaughtered by white terrorists, in and out of uniform, and such acts by those in police uniform are tacitly sanctioned by the state.
If you haven’t already you must begin to realize that the United States of America is an unjust empire which uses wholesale violence to keep the world masses in poverty for the expressed purpose of the transnational corporate elite and its minions.
White pseudo-supremacy is a cynical and inhuman culture. The concept of the white race is a legal fiction created in the United States of America to keep the people at each other’s throats with the illusion that white people are biologically superior and their status is threatened by the melaninated hordes when in fact because of this social construct of race and compact with their fellow predominately white exploiters and people of color accommodationists lower wages are induced because the corporate elite uses the racial antagonism to its advantage.
The working class seeing its self as a class is obfuscated and civilization is objectively an illusion. Science is trumped by belief and thus so-called white people fantasize about their “superiority” while their standard of living diminishes, earth’s temperature increases, storms become stronger and our environment deteriorates because of climate change caused by carbon emissions orchestrated by transnational corporate policies that are leading the human race towards extermination.
This violence must end. African Americans must be vigilant and when necessary defend themselves against such assaults. African Americans, along with their allies, must escalate the pressure to dismantle the belief system of white pseudo-supremacy. This means not just taking down the flag temporarily but exposing every vestige of the practice of white pseudo-supremacy in every nook and cranny to eliminate it on a practical and real level.
Laws will not change attitudes or practice. Discrimination will continue as long as there is a limitation on living wage employment, a shortage of housing and the squandering of our national wealth on perpetual warfare against a tactic and an enemy that is the creation of a terrorist foreign policy which is controlled by the few who do not have the interest of the people at home or abroad heart.
One can no longer limit their vision to civil rights because quite frankly we are fighting for our lives, the lives of our children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and those not yet born. We must have zero tolerance for white pseudo-supremacy and those who inflict such pain and suffering upon us. When you see it or you are experiencing it says something, point it out and demand that it ends now! We have to organize to create a culture which respects the life of every human being on this planet and create a world culture of respect for ourselves and our planet.
We can only do this by moving towards a sustainable lifestyle and democratizing the whole global economic and workplace to meet the needs of all the people. One of the tenents must be a person must be safe in their own person and allowed their individuality and self-expression as long as it does no harm to anyone; respect all and harm none.
For those of us who have been doing the hard work, as Mr. Eddie Ellis use to say, “Never give up, never give out and never give in.” If you find yourself faltering reach out to a comrade for support. Watch your back and walk tall with pride. Let us keep moving forward towards human liberation.

Father’s Day 2015: A Day of Mourning

By Alton H. Maddox, Jr. (“Attorney-at-War”) | On this Sunday, black “Jezebels” will be celebrating the Cuomo administration for having stripped black men of their human and civil rights. The culprit was “the lesser of two evils.” In 1982, the gubernatorial contest in New York was between Mayor Ed Koch and challenger, Mario Cuomo.

Because blacks hold the balance of power in New York, they were able to decide this gubernatorial contest in favor of Cuomo. Blacks received their award: an all-white cabinet. According to Cuomo, blacks received what they voted for. This is why voting, by blacks, should be off the table.

These misguided blacks will dismiss this unfortunate result as constituting history. They define history as being only “a past event.” These brainiacs are unable to connect father (Mario) with son (Andrew). On the other hand, they are able to connect “Bush 43" with former Gov. Jeb Bush.

In November 1983, six white men in Dutchess County, NY kidnapped fifteen year-old Tawana Brawley and raped her. Only after the black community pledged, on December 12, 1987, that it would stand behind Alton Maddox in his defense of the Brawley family would he enter the case. Pledges of eternal support came from blacks throughout the nation.

Maddox journeyed to Dutchess County alone in December 1987 to perform some detective work. This investigation gave rise to the work-product privilege. Maddox emerged, with the white mailman at the Dutchess County Courthouse in January 1988. It was a one-two, knockout punch.

Outside the courthouse, Maddox was pointing a finger at ADA Steven Pagones. Inside the courthouse, the white mailman (Tim Louse) was pointing a finger at the occupants of P.O. Harry Crist’s decommissioned police car which included Crist, Steven Pagones, Scott Patterson, a state trooper, and Eugene Brunson.

After Dutchess County District Attorney William Grady discovered the mailman, at the courthouse, and Maddox outside the courthouse, he panicked. The news would get worse. While Pagones admitted that he was an occupant in the vehicle and was headed to the Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury, CT, Pagones remembered Crist asking about the missing girl smeared with dog feces: “a girl in a bag of shit.” This fact could only have been known by a kidnapper.

This was a hot potato and “self-preservation is the first law of nature” unless you are a slave in New York facing a white mob: Dial 911 and Die.” This was an ethical problem. Grady had to give up his prosecutorial duties while keeping the identity of the suspect from public scrutiny even though the public had a right to know.

Under the law, Dutchess County Court Judge Judith Hillary had to write the letter to Gov. Mario Cuomo identifying the suspect and highlighting the conflict of interest. Gov. Cuomo had promised to hide this letter from the public. Judge Hillary would testify in Pagones v. Maddox et. al., that Pagones was the rape suspect mentioned in her letter.

Law enforcement officers in Dutchess County did not need a special prosecutor. Instead, they needed a clean-up hitter masquerading as a special prosecutor. In the slave community every opinion counts and no slave is better than another slave. Slaves were entitled to give an unlettered “Sambo” the same weight as the argument of Alton Maddox.

Gov. Cuomo, after a month of discussions with Maddox, was unable to persuade him that NYS Attorney General Robert Abrams was a real special prosecutor. Maddox was in violation of master-slave law. No slave has a right to question a white man. Cuomo had a problem. Maddox is not a slave. It is illegal in New York for a black man to represent a slave, however. A $ilver rites attorney, on the other hand, may represent a slave.

Under Cuomo’s direction, Abrams would erase Pagones as a suspect despite Judge Hillary’s letter to Gov. Cuomo. This would allow Abrams to abuse the grand jury process by conducting a witch-hunt. The targets of the Abrams investigation would be the Brawleys and their advisors who were getting “too big for their britches.”

Maddox had already touched another raw nerve by disputing Abrams’ claim that P.O. Harry Crist had killed himself. If true, it might mean that Pagones and Patterson, who had a key to Crist’s home, may be killers and, certainly, suspects. A suicide does not require a grand jury investigation. A homicide does.

Abrams would file a disciplinary complaint against Maddox claiming, inter alia, that Maddox had intentionally lied about the manner of death of Harry Crist. When Maddox demanded the autopsy report, the disciplinary committee deemed that it was off-limits. When Pagones sued me for defamation, Justice Hickman ruled that an autopsy report was not discoverable in a sedition prosecution: “Truth is not a defense.”

A criminal defendant would have been entitled to, upon demand and in advance of trial, an autopsy report under Article 240 of the Criminal Procedure Law. A civil litigant would have been entitled, under Article 31 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules, to the autopsy report well in advance of trial.

To prosecute Maddox in the Brooklyn Disciplinary Committee, New York would have to prove that Abrams and Pagones were his clients; that Maddox had lied about the manner of death of Harry Crist, Jr. and that Maddox was not entitled to disclosure under Art. 240 of the CPL, Art. 31 of the CPLR and under Brady v. Maryland.

The kangaroo hearing in Brooklyn would happen in 1993. The Manhattan Disciplinary Committee would not entertain a disciplinary complaint from Abrams, Pagones or the New York Legislature against C. Vernon Mason for lack of jurisdiction. They were not his clients.

The disciplinary proceeding against Maddox could only happen in Brooklyn because of judicial gerrymandering despite the lack of original jurisdiction. John White is also a victim of judicial gerrymandering. C. Vernon Mason was never disciplined, in any respect, for his representation of Tawana Brawley.

Since the Democratic Party sanctions judicial gerrymandering, all Democratic selected officials must endorse the disciplinary actions against Maddox. This is a problem with politics. The Democratic Party behaves like the Mafia. No political party can fight the injustices in New York without a courageous, knowledgeable and effective lawyer and a strong, support group.

No civil rights organization or political party can help the Brawleys without having a thorough knowledge of “legalese” and “military science.” Otherwise, the black community is dealing with an impostor. This scenario is worse than “plantation politics.” At best, it is an obstruction of justice. At worse, it is treason.

Despite the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Brady v. Maryland, it is appropriate for a prosecutor in New York to suppress the truth and especially in a case of sedition. Maddox was convicted in 1993 of lying about the manner of death of Christ’s death. Maddox would only be able to secure the autopsy report in 1998. By then, It was too late and expensive for Maddox to challenge his “disbarment.” “A free black should never represent a fifteen year-old black girl” and accuse a white man of rape without group support.

Dear Black People: "Stop Running From the Police"‏ -- An open letter to unarmed African Americans

By Orrin Hudson, former police officer-turned-community activist.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: In a situation with the police, it’s not immediately about who is right or wrong, it’s about staying alive. If the police are making a wrongful arrest, this can be corrected later at a safer time.
Too many unarmed African American men are losing their lives to white police officers, and most of the time justice is not being served. But even if justice is served, a valuable life has already been lost.
I served as a state police officer in Alabama for 6 years from 1986 to 1993, and I have some very helpful, life-saving advice to share with both young ones and adults. Every move you make has consequences, and you can make one move, and never recover.
Here are 5 things to keep in mind when interacting with the police:
1) Don't run. Although running from the police should not be a death sentence, if oftens ends up this way. So don't do it! Doing so will heighten the aggression of an officer, especially if he/she is not sure if you are armed. It also puts them in a position where they have to make spur-of-the-moment decisions, which increases the chance of an officer deciding to end your life. So stay put!
2) Show respect at all times. A police officer's duty is to serve and protect, but if he/she is out of line or bullying you, continue to be respectful. Say "sir" and "no sir", and "may I" and "thank you"! These will keep the situation from escalating. If the officer is violating your rights in any way, you can fight this matter at a later and safer time.
3) Keep your hands where they can be seen. Do not make the officer feel threatened in any way. At all times, keep your hands visible. Many police officers, especially white police officers, will feed into stereotypes. They may be assuming that you have a weapon just because you are Black or because they feel you look like you are up to no good!
4) You have the right to remain silent. If you feel that you are being wrongfully arrested, you do not have to speak on it as this likely will not change the officer's mind. Keeping quiet protects you legally, and also keeps the situation calm and peaceful.
5) Sign the ticket and leave. If you are being pulled over for speeding, simply sign the ticket and leave. Signing the ticket does not mean that you are admitting guilt; its only a promise to appear in court on the date listed on the ticket. Arguing with the officer about it will only make the situation worse, and perhaps raise his level of aggression.
Orrin Hudson is a former Alabama state trooper, but is now the founder of Be Someone - a non-profit organization that trains urban youth and adults on how to be make better decisions in life. He does workshops at schools, churches, and community centers all across the country, and has been recognized by CNN, Good Morning America, and People Magazine.

Changing the Economy With the Buying Power of African-Americans

[By ] In an article earlier this year in Brand Week, Pepper Miller, founder of the Hunter-Miller Group, a research and consulting firm specializing in marketing to African-Americans, stated that self-segregation exists in the social media space, and has a huge impact on advertisers. "You really have to understand who you are talking to," she told Brand week in a recent interview. Miller also discussed why engagement is a huge part of reaching black consumers, and she offered examples of some successful [and not so successful] ads targeting African-Americans.
The buying power of African-Americans is huge and powerful indeed. For example, African-Americans will command $1.1 trillion in buying power by 2011, according to the Packaged Facts reports, "The African American market in the US." Moreover, affluent African-Americans control a disproportionate share of spending. There are currently 2.4 million African-American homes with annual incomes of $75,000 or more. Though they comprise only 17% of the African-American population, they account for 45% of total African-American spending power.
Affluent African-Americans have a greater propensity than other affluent to buy expensive luxury items. The African-American cohort continues to be a significant consumer segment that in some ways exercises more economic clout than the ever - popular Hispanic one, comments Tatjana Meerman, Publisher of Packaged Facts.
An article published by Multi-channel News echoed the same thoughts and stated that African-Americans purchasing behaviors differ in various ways, and ranges from what they buy at the grocery store to clothing style and magazine preferences. A study by BET (Black Entertainment Television) found that theU.S. African American population is expanding both in pure numbers and in buying power and has major influence on technological and media trends.
Moreover, according to "African Americans Revealed" - a study of more than 80,000 African-American consumers over 18-month span broken down into several individual research reports -- African Americans in 2008 accounted for a 10% increase in population from 2008 versus 2000, while African-American buying power increased more than 55% during the same period to $913 billion. Perhaps the most exciting news, for those serial entrepreneurs researching products and the markets to focus on, this news should be exciting indeed, because by the year 2013 black buying power will reach $1.2 trillion dollars, a whopping 35% increase versus 2008, according to survey and study conducted by Black Entertainment Television Network, better known as BET.
As the economy has ruin dreams of many, and hopes have dashed for others, I fully contend with you that it might be a blessing in disguise. Perhaps you have dreamed of owning your own business for some time now, but never had the guts to leave your day job, for fear of the unknown. This is a normal reaction for many people, and certainly understandable, especially now in this uncertain economic climate. But that is precisely why it's the best time, and the right time for you to start that new business, and or create that product idea you've had for many years, the same idea that friends and family have told you would do well on the market.
As you read this article, I'm in hopes you will gain new insight, and find new hope, joy and fulfillment of that dream that you had, and or have, and step out on your faith, armed in knowledge, wisdom, understanding, and insight as to how you're going to make your dream a reality.
My articles, and all that I bring forth is to encourage and enlighten those who are seeking ideas for new products, starting a new business, building and enhancing a brand, or for those who prefer, find the perfect job.
For my parting words allow me to leave you with this amazing thought that if embraced can help turn our economy around once again.
Succeeding in any business one must first be a cheerful giver, but not everyone is so cheerful when giving unto to others. While the real foundation to any good business is hidden in their giving, more people will give with regret in their heart. Because of this attitude, economies all over the world are suffering. Givers can be divided into three types: the flint, the sponge and the honeycomb. Some givers are like a piece of flint - to get anything out of it you must hammer it, and even then you only get chips and sparks. Others are like a sponge - to get anything out of a sponge you must squeeze it and squeeze it hard, because the more you squeeze a sponge, the more you get. But others are like a honeycomb - which just overflows with its own sweetness.
As described in the above paragraph, I've tried to point out the three types of consumers and entrepreneurs we have in today's economy. Some people are flints; others are like a sponge, and other people are like the honeycomb. Which one are you?

Notes from an Elder: Response against Police Terror

Notes from an Elder: Response against Police Terror

By Robert Doughtie

As I watch the march of history the forces of resistance are rising to meet the present challenges of police terror. The question is will demonstrations be enough? The outbreak of civilian demonstrations and acts of civil disobedience even in the face of outright military state mobilization has forced corporate media to stubbornly try to rewrite what millions of people see unfold before their very eyes. Rebellions aren’t new its nature‘s way of dealing with the patent exploitation and oppression which is highlighted by the blood sacrifice that the mechanism of the state has to inflict to remind the masses who is in control.
Now the cry of Black lives matter will not fulfill the social contract of essential liberation. Objectively Black lives don’t matter in a white supremacist empire which has a policy of wholesale terror and exploitation.
There are exceptions to that rule however:
Black lives matter in a white supremacist culture when such lives are positioned to create wealth for the exploiter and oppressor. Black lives matter when there is a need for a minstrel show in a vain effort to project in technicolor that in the 21st century that we live in a post racial society. Black lives matter when the corporate controlled US state needs someone to fight imperial wars overseas in an attempt to maintain political instability in foreign nations; or support armed struggle by a mercenary class to assure the extraction of their mineral wealth at bargain basement compensation, or the stagnation of democratic development to maintain the comprador class that oppresses its own population. Black lives matter when it is time to incarcerate Black individuals to use them as slave labor in the prison industrial complex to increase corporate profits as well as stimulate bond issues by investment bankers to privatize prisons for further capital extraction.
The everyday violence against Black, Brown, Yellow, Red and White working class people by the police is nothing new. The paramilitary forces are used to contain organized dissent that seeks to move towards a just society, crush workers movements and maintain the status quo. The recent mounting offenses against the 99 percent have been punctuated by the murdering of unarmed civilians by the gendarme who keep the masses in their oppressed and exploited place. The murdering of civilians by police officers has always been a flash point for confrontation with the corporate controlled state. And when the people confront such atrocities with acts of counter-violence after being taunted by the military might of that very same corporate controlled state the people are portrayed as the instigator of civil unrest when in fact it is the actions of state personnel that causes the spontaneous outrage against the only thing that the corporate controlled state really cares about and that is commercial property. The calls by “responsible” (to the corporations) leadership for non-violence and peaceful demonstrations with condemnation of such acts of counter- violence are echoed throughout corporate media. Condemnation of the murdering of civilians by federal, state and local military (police) personnel is either muted or never on their agenda.
When the people demand that the legal apparatus be used to enact the mechanisms of justice the state’s response is to orchestrate a secret panel beyond the scrutiny of transparency and adversarial discourse to come to a preordained conclusion of no bill. Such action ridicules the premise of an open democratic society, mocks the words of the United States constitution and blatantly ignores the will of the people. The irrational Orwellian conclusion of “justifiable homicide” dictated by the state legal apparatus is announced after preparations for a rational response by the people have already been put in place by the corporate controlled state which is mobilization of its armed forces on the federal, state and local level to crush the rebellion if its actions go as far as to stop business as usual on any meaningful level.
Since 9/11 some say we live in a different political environment where banks are too big to fail, bank high level executives are too privileged to go to jail while the US and global economy is structured to fill the coffers of the one percent by sucking the wealth created by the working class through disproportionate taxation to maintain the military corporate prison state, unfair wages and an educational system that doesn’t guarantee employment yet burdens post-secondary graduates with onerous loans.
We live under the restrictions of a corporate national security state that watches our every move through cameras on the street and drones in the air, credit card purchases are monitored, telephone conversations warehoused, your cable selections noted, the websites you visit cataloged, your social medias sites analyzed to see if you are the type of person to resist the corporate military prison state. And if the corporate states’ military and intelligence apparatus decides that you are a threat to their interests you go on a list. Those on that list are further scrutinized to see if you are planning actions against the repressive state.
One must be cognizant that this has never been a “perfect union”. The United States of America was built on genocide of the indigenous population, the super exploitation of Black, Brown and Yellow labor and the exploitation of White labor. Today our daily existence is permeated with an ever prevailing practice of white supremacy, sexism, state terrorism, rape culture, homophobia and xenophobia. However there is constant resistance to these degenerate aspects of our lives. What we are seeing now with demonstrations not only against police terrorism and slave wages are people organically carving out space for a revolutionary culture with a principle essence of love, community and improvement of humankind. Workers are creating collectives for economic production to meet their own needs since transnational corporations that were giving birth in the US are seeking cheaper labor overseas to satisfy the greed of their shareholders.
The consciousness of the United States citizenry is in a period of reflection and resistance. Even though there are constant attempts to distort the historical past and present reality of the United States citizenry its culture has revolutionary roots. We are a revolutionary people. When we look at ourstory it challenges us to take another direction than the one we are on presently as dictated by the well-financed corporate politicians who presently occupy the governmental institutions that control the levers of power and media. The men that I’m about to mention were not perfect yet their actions were perfect in a moment in time in respect to advancing the ideology of human rights even though they flagrantly failed when it came to revolutionary practice. Crispus Attucks, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Quincy Adams and Thomas Pain, among others, separated themselves from the United Kingdom in search of establishing a nation where law was above privilege and applied equally to its citizens regardless of station because the government is of, by and for the people. The problem was with that moment. The moment wasn’t long enough and the propertied Whited male class wasn’t principled enough to include at that historical time repatriation of lands to the indigenous peoples, liberty for Black people and White woman in the land we now call North America. And yet we struggled. We fought a civil war which tore this young nation apart to end chattel slavery. Unions were established to protect workers’ rights. Women struggled to get the right to vote. Black people carried out insurrection to end segregation for what they paid for in taxes but were denied access to by state and local law.
We aren’t done yet. We have to continue promoting a revolutionary consciousness and practice. Resistance should be an integral part of our lives if we want to end homelessness, incarceration for non-violent offenses, discrimination, unlivable wages, human trafficking, unsustainable economics, race, sex and gender negative discrimination, violent verbal attacks, police murder, imperial warfare, violence against the people, hunger and all other actions that run counter to positive human development and actual fairness for all.
No there is no blueprint. Create a theory on the following two laws: (1) Love thy neighbor as you love yourself (if you don’t love yourself learn to love yourself). (2) Do not violate the first law. Build the revolutionary movement. Debate the issues, create a program and implement it. Observe, analyze, plan and act. Study history, gather information/intelligence; the enemy is collecting data to either set you up or set a trap. Have faith in the people. Yes some people aren’t ready to engage in struggle because they are already defeated. Your role is to show them the possibilities through action and living out the fact that the people are the government and the bureaucrats from the top down are here to serve us. If public servants don’t realize that then it’s time to show them the door! Demonstrations are not ends in themselves. Demonstrations are platforms to engage people, have a dialogue discuss the issues of the day. Movement is just that keep it going. Make YouTube videos, create blogs, and carry out flash mobs shut down the normal day. Create an alternative style of existence. Grow your own food (it tastes better anyways), Have pot luck breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Make your own clothes use mass transportation - - create your own mass transportation. Engage police officers and other public servants. Be polite but don’t place yourself in harm’s way because you know how dangerous some police officers are.
Yes people are going to die. They are dying every day. Some are spiritually dead and just cogs in a wheel that grinds up a bit of their soul every day. Many people are zombies in a world of alienation created by the unbridled pursuit of capital by all and any means.
Theorize, practice, analyze, adjust and build a better world. Those who claim to be in control aren’t in control. No is a very powerful word. Refuse and resist in word, deed and action. Challenge the corporate thought. Strip the illusion and show the raw real world as it is and change it. This is your revolutionary duty to yourself, to the people and future generations.
Let me be clear this is not about civil rights. Our peoples struggle is about human rights. You cannot be free until you act free. Individual liberty is a myth either we are all free or no one’s free. The struggle continues and Power to the People!
So refuse and resist. Confront the madness and show that love for one another. Challenge the fa├žade of freedom because it’s an illusion. Strip it down so that all can see it for all its ugly nakedness of terrorism, abuse and horror. So plant the seed, write the poems, pen the essays, produce the street plays, sing the songs, paint the murals of resistance, and dance to the rhythm of liberation! When you act like free people you will become free people.
In conclusion let a thousand demonstrations of resistance bloom. Build the mass movement. Be creative with non-violent direct action. Disrupt the notion of normal because any sane individual can see that this madness must end; unemployment, working for slave wages, nonexistent affordable housing, destruction of our environment, rape without consequences, police murder, human trafficking, unbridled foreign and domestic wars, stop and frisk, disproportionate ticketing of people of color, prison industrial complex-re-enslavement, unrecognized indigenous sovereignty, hunger, inadequate education and so much more.
Get on the move and build towards a better world.
